This system of temperature measurement uses thermal expansion to calculate temperature to a (theoretically) insane precision. First we take a one dimentional mass of tungston with a length of 5.3996e-6Nm (or 1cm) at absolute zero. This mass is our "thermometer," any changes to the size will signal a change in temperature. According to my system we will increase or decrease the temperature (using the unit of "degrees nauticle mile" or °Nm) by 1 everytime there is a change of 8.6393e-39Nm(or 1ℓP).
Below is the original notation for what's written above if my explanation was inadequate.
0° Nm (Degrees Nauticle miles) = 5.3996e-6 Tungsten at 0 Kelvin
+1° Nm = +8.6393e-39 Nm
-1° Nm = -8.6393e-39 Nm
